Like I was in Boots and I couldn't tell if the guy said "sir come to this till", he might have but I couldn't hear properly, I wish I asked because Boots respond very quickly to customer feedback, one complaint can really fuck with the worker, Boots head office are very customer feedback driven. I just couldn't be sure.
Workers are easier to deal with since there's usually a manager, and making customers upset isn't allowed ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS make a complaint, it goes on their record, and if they get a lot of complaints it adds up and they'll be fired.
It probably won't happen that time but always say you want the name of the worker, the name of the manager and contact details of head office
