Ftm tend to socially transition first and then get on hrt. You can have ftm in middle school and they'll be taking hrt by college or graduation. Meanwhile mtf are more likely to medically transition first and then socially transition. Being hrt is gatekept until 18, this means you'll see less mtf school.
