You don't know how much people suffer from race dysphoria or gender dysphoria in general. All you know is that your experience is bad and it seems uncurable. Others may cure their race dysphoria and you wouldn't know. Others may still feel dysphoric despite transitioning and you wouldn't know. Your thread is stupid emotional conjecture.

I don't think OPs condition is equivalent to gender dysphoria so maybe they should use a different term, but people with BPD or dysmorphia or a history of abuse who've been depressed over their ethnicity are totally real, especially when mixed race since it often feels like they don't belong anywhere
Telling them to kill themselves is really cruel, you don't know how they might be feeling. These are rough times for almost everyone.
