I though there were plenty of other trans and alt people out there, I felt so exposed

What tats did you get??? Also yeah being trans alone can be kinda lonely, let alone that and alt. If there’s any virtue to it, it’s that you may very well inspire someone else to express themselves more freely, and they might go on to run into you as their true self

you need to find your tribe. i went to a tattoo convention once and it was literally crawling with goth/alt people. if you are with another person/people who are dressed like that makes it way easier to avoid scrutiny

mwah you're really cute but the goth thing makes you look like a high school kid, so a lot of guys don't want to mess with that because it looks creepy for a grown man to be on a date with a high school kid, don't you want to date other adults?

being alt and trans is literally the clockiest combo. thinking it has a lot to do with how often troons skin walk the type of women they grew up being attracted to and the alt girls being less stacy-esque so seeming more attainable to the adolescent male they once were.

i feel that sometimes too, idk if i look goth per se but i always wear all black and i like long flowy drapey stuff and i look kinda like a witch also esp with my favourite hat on. i never rly see anyone dressed like me and one time someone randomly asked me if i was ok and told me i look like a psycho, ppl stare a bit sometimes too. granted w the psycho thing i'd also cut my neck a bit the previous night so maybe he saw but they werent super visible
