we've already figured out how to change 2. the last one, chromosonal, is not only illegal to use for sole determination of legal sex on the majority of the european continent, but also in a number of cases not aligned strictly on an xx/xy basis i.e. there are like 12 chromosonal sexes. also not all chromosones are necessarily the same sex but if that happens to be prevelant after an extent there is a 99% chance you will turn out to be incredibly retarded (downs syndrome usually) but in some cases like imane khalif you can come out with great results from it all.
