HRT, top surgery etc are all things that you can rep through with really nothing in the way of social consequence.
Social transition is pretty unique in the number and scale of the consequences that come along with it. It is uniquely bad.
Thus everything else can just be thought of as dysphoria management strategies. Not even in the same ballpark as a complete transition.

Well in-fairness I do have a minor intersex thing going on. So I never 100% masculinised, including when it comes to height. So I don't think it is fair to compare me to the average mtf.

If there was a button that you could press to turn into a cis guy, I would not fault any woman for wanting to press it.
