can confirm I have this issue and my boyfriend constantly wonders what the smell is especially when I wake up. The best thing I can recommend for other trans girls is to cover up the pee smell with a floral scent and also use a scented body wash

so the whole diaper thing does have a reason after all... we've come full circle

I’m trans and I have this. There’s no clear cut way to fix it but I always try to go when I’m at home and wash up if I get any leakage on my legs, etc. it’s a lot more difficult to deal with if you get urine on you while you’re out

just spend a few extra dollars on a good diaper and wear it post shower. Pack an extra in your bag if you think it’s needed. you’re not “too good for it”. most trans ladies experience some level of leakage and it will save you a lot of trouble

So I started to sit there for an extra 20 or 30 seconds than I used to, shake it a little while still sitting down, stand up, shake again and then get some toilet paper go wipe up any excess.
