and there was nothing before birth. you didnt lose a coin toss moron, thats just how you conceptualize your (mostly self-inflicted) misery. when you die, you will be gone forever. if that idea doesnt relieve you, dont die. figure out what moments you want to experience in your life (all of them will be fleeting and impermanent) and take steps that can allow you to experience them. and then die anyway.
