But we do have that. Dr. Powers has said he has not had a single patient unable to reverse their infertility after a regimen of clomid, no matter how long they were on HRT.

And it's obvious clomid would work for trannies with infertility issues, it's already used in men with infertility issues, and it's used by bodybuilders as a post-cycle therapy to fix infertility brought about from steroid usage.
