Eat good, healthy food, drink water, sleep, and exercise. Get into cardio, yoga, and gymnastics. If you value strength, do calisthenics. They train your muscles proportional to your body, unlike weightlifting which can overdevelop certain parts of the body
(I also like the idea of enbies being very lithe and coordinated, which is what these workouts are good for :) )
