The purpose of this thread is to share breast growth hacks. While that might sound impossible, there are many women (and some men) who have used NBE techniques to grow larger bustlines.
A few useful examples:
>https://www.reddit.com/r/nbe/s/7i3PUUDKTE
Websites with breast growth programs, research, etc.:
>r/NBE (Reddit's largest breast growth sub)
>Get Curvy Now: https://getcurvynow.com/chiyomilk-breast-enlargement-program/
> Breast Nexus / Nexum: breastnexum.com
>Yumi Kane: https://www.givemesomeboobs.com/the-natural-breast-growth-program
The three main things that are needed are:
1. A local hormonal environment conducive to growth.
2. Ample blood flow.
3. Good nutrition.
Once those three conditions are met, it becomes easier for breast tissue to grow. The easiest way to reach this stage is to have a healthy diet, engage in daily massage, and take glandular or herbal supplements that alter hormones. This has been replicated numerous times and the two success story links I shared have more info on specific programs.
If anyone has other resources, questions, info, etc. please post.
