I fucking hate my upper body but I need fat in my lower body if I'm ever going to make it. How do I decide which to do first? I sit at an healthy bmi already so I'm neither a fat fuck or skelly girl

typically the longer you wait to start gaining weight the better the distribution will be. so i’d suggest losing first before gaining (plus, if you start by gaining then when you try to lose muscle you’ll also lose fem fat with it)

lose weight first
cycling multiple times is the best thing you can do
hitting 18 bmi on the lower end and 25 bmi on the higher end is a good guide

higher dose T3 will shred muscle but if youre not fit and healthy it can kill you because muscle wasting applies to your heart too. once youve done with that, start taking 15mg a day pio and keep that up for a year or so.

anyone who tells you to wait and see what HRT does for you is an idiot.

T3 is scary, its an option of last resort but it all depends on how your dysphoria is and if you really need that muscle mass gone or not.

pio has some edema related risks that apply to everyone, but you can simply test for that at your ankles and discontinue for a while and you will be fine just like the countless other people that take it. most of the documented risks in pio are very obviously related to the poor health of the diabetics they used to give it to when it was a prescription diabetes med.
