I'm a picky eater/have borderline autistic food aversions, so I cook for myself.
My quality of life has *dramatically* improved now that I make basically all my meals.

It's simply too expensive and in the case of Mcdonald's bad and expensive.
I still get pizza every once in a while since I love pizza about as much as you'd expect me too, and I live next to a dominos and they're generous with coupons, but I recently learned how to make a really great pizza sauce and my local walmart & no frills are constantly selling discounted/unsold garlic naan bread, so even that is starting to dip 'cause I can make a really good air fryer 'bread' pizza.

I have weird body image issues myself coming from a place of massive weightloss so it's hard sometimes for me to take pics of myself that don't make me feel gross as hell mentally about myself so I end up not posting myself as often or use pics from a month or two ago when I got one I felt okay about instead of reciprocating with something brand new.
