I really like older games, I prefer them over newgen Tiktok greedslop video games of today. Every fucking AAA game is written like a marvel movie, it's really FUCKING tiring and unfunny.

It's not really a big deal though. I prefer older games being more niche and unknown. It makes the experience a little more enjoyable.

Am I fembrained?

I play retrogames a lot, and I will defend some VERY unpopular mechanics like tank controls as stylistic choices in some games, but they have their own flaws. On the one hand they're usually a complete experience and you can hop right on the sticks without a long ass intro (until the PS2 era). But the lack of quality of life features and sometimes poor playtesting really show. Overall I like experimental games regardless of the period, modern indie stuff hits the retro itch
