I'm personally of the belief the best way to deal with it would be to start acclimatizing people to it as a slow process as we grow up but keeping it limited so the less savoury aspects (porn, social media and the like) are inaccessible but also explained to us how it's unhealthy in the same way junk food is but for the mind.
