You never even cared about having a bulge? Feeling and seeing it? That in itself always made me uncomfortable even as a kid.
I've always fantasized about having a vagina, but never really had severe genital dysphoria like those who do DIY orchiectomies and shower with clothes on in the dark.

It's always been a minority of trans women who get srs. Anything less than crippling dysphoria probably makes it not worth it my ex gf explained it to me like dysphoria is a horrible room mate who comes and goes but you have to live with it.

well, yeah but i doubt indifference towards genitalia being the reasoning, its probably more practical in the sense that SRS can't give you an authentic vagina as opposed to not having genital dysphoria
i'm still a minority in the sense that i don't mind it being there or even using it in a sexual context

I think gender dysphoria is something that can come in many ways. Do you think it’s invalid to have dysphoria about your face and body but not genitals? I think a lot of people view it that way where trans people have to be especially dysphoric of their genitals but I don’t think this is true. Keep in mind that this was from the American 60s with memories of information from the Weimar era Germany. It is going to be rather rudimentary but even then there was a recognized spectrum for dysphoria.

I feel like I'm in a weird boat because when I first hit puberty I kinda hated it, I tried to pull it off or push it in, tucked a lot, and even once pressed a box cutter I had to it and thought about trying to cut it off (never did or tried to, too pain sensitive for cutting let alone that insane shit.) However I eventually got over it and just kinda didn't think about it being there, except when horny. Like yeah I'd rather have a vagina but it being there is whatever, I've got too high of a natural libido to not engage with it.
