like I started hrt at 14, im 18 now, so to me 19 does actually feel late. probably even more for people who started at like 12. but even like 22 would be relatively early considering how late some people actually do start. considering the whole spectrum, 19 isnt late at all

i think it comes down to judging in terms of like, measuring by how much you get to enjoy youth vs measuring by effects of puberty.
