This happens to me too, sometimes it's unavoidable but I've found small ways to help negate it mostly

There's a reason underwear is usually cotton or another breathable material. It should absorb very small leaks like this no problem and then dry out in a few minutes. No one will even smell it because there's a reason your nose is so far away from your crotch.
Yeah, it feels a little weird and perhaps surprising in contrast to pre-transition. But remember cisfems are leaking mucuous even when not leaking blood.
Just remember it's normal, and not an excuse to turn into a diaper-tranny freak.
