I'm a 34 year old gay virgin. I've always had an overwhelming fear of people. I have an inferiority complex and never felt good enough for anybody. I find myself subhuman and unworthy of being around others. I have 0 friends and never leave my house. I don't have any idea how to connect with people or what to say. It's been like this for close to 20 years

I was/am a shut in so I don't know what 30 year old gay men usually like. 30 seemed pretty old back then, though.

No, I thought I would die a virgin since I was a teenager so this doesn't surprise me. It still feels like shit though.
