I'm using a 30G needle and I had a hard time drawing up, I kept mostly drawing up air and I kept having to suck it in and out in order to get the dose I needed, is that normal?

When I started doing my first injections the stupid nurses told me to use the 18g into my leg rather than the 23g because the 23g would be uncomfortable. Be sure to not inject yourself with the 18g and also z tracking helps with leakage.

use bigger gauge needle, like 20g to draw and replace with the needle u want after u draw

you can get syringes anywhere desu. i just got BD brand syringe when i chose my needles (also BD cause they have some kinda medical lube on them)
