not normally but it's possible through the same steps a cis woman who wasn't having a baby would take to lactate
you need high prolactin, which you can get by taking domperidone, and to then stimulate the area repeatedly which you can do with a breast pump
and the result will be the same
my prolactin always returns quite high even though i just take e + prog, higher than cis women normally have, although not high enough that i randomly lactate
sometimes that's caused by a benign brain tumor or something
