im a cis guy and my dysphoria is acting up again. I hope it goes away soon because i feel so sad rn

it just gets worse and worse ..

i managed to last until 20 before it made me too depressed to live, i had to troon or i would kill myself

some might be stronger willed, but nobody escapes it

the only way to freeze it afaik is to spend the rest of your life on a heavy dose of antidepressants

note that i don't regret trooning out, am actually happy for the first time in my life, even if i kinda feel like a freak

talking to doctors made accepting it easier

Stop being sad and start trying harder to achieve your life goals
