Hrt gave me back the same facial structure I had when I was 15. (and reverse twinkdeath I think)

First pic : Me 27 y
2 pic : Me 3 month ago, 25 month hrt 30 y
3 pic : Me at 15y old.

Should I assume I won't have any more facial changes with HRT?
