Anons, when did you know it was time to transition and that the voices in your head are real? Am I just being a gooner or not :(

I've been thinking the same thing anon. Am I just being a degen gooner or is it the only way I'm comfortable enough to express it?
But then I also remember most of my self-worth issues probably stem from childhood dysmorphia/dysphoria so its probably valid feelings.
