just keep ordering until it gets past customs, you can order several batches at once or ask the supplier if they can send them in their own package to increase the chance. I've only had it seized once with otokonoko, but all the other times it's gone through without an issue. Silvermaple also got through when I tried them out
it can take 2-3 months to get there though so always order long before you run out, they also have a shelf life of like 4 years or something as long as you keep them in at least room temperature and out of the sun
