much better levels and testosterone suppression with injections.
moving to injections will 2-5x+ your e levels, and drop your test another 50% np on an even smaller dose of estradiol milligrams compared to oral milligrams.
downside is you have to get used to sticking yourself with a needle. (which really is np after a few times)
pills are still okay to keep around for emergency or tapering down e levels when dropping levels from injections and relieve menopausal symptoms and hormonal problems when e drops.

It's common knowledge that when you take something orally the liver lets through an essentially random amount into your bloodstream, so your E levels will fluctuate depending on how your liver feels this time of the month, your diet etc.

pills are only useful for the first few months to slowly get your body to an estrogen-dominated system. after that you need to switch to injections or atleast patches otherwise you're gonna stall out real bad.
remember: normal cis women hormone levels are a smokescreen for us. you need to consistently keep over atleast 300pgml at trough if you want any worthwhile results.

oral estradiol is completely metabolized by the liver. some estradiol is absorbed before going through the liver and make it into the bloodstream, it depends on the size of particles of the formulations (usually 5% absorption), pure estradiol has a short half-life (1-2 hours) and results in a short-lived peak. but oral estradiol doesnt rely on this, instead it relies on the metabolites of estradiol that can be reverted back, those metabolites have a much longer half-life and result in a extended effect that makes oral estradiol have a half-life of 13-20 hours
assuming that it is taken daily its as stable as injections, gels and patches

One day I'll try injections out of curiosity but I didn't stall out on sublingual. Going on 5 years now. I'm not overburdened by the heft of my enormous titties but I did alright.

pills are hard on your liver and can cause the blood clot effects, that is a big reason to like injections
