I dunno about art but I take nature photos.
This is Cullasaja Falls near Highlands NC. The road to get there SUCKS and is narrow and winding (but there's actually a back road if you make a left onto something to avoid some of the twisties of the cullasaja gorge)
and then once you get ABOVE the gorge its like a lake and a dam and country clubs and gated mansions you can't see from the road
this place was relayed to me as a swimming hole but if you swam on this day in it you would die - the water was flowing really fast and there were big rocks everywhere - I think it got kinda messed up by Hurricane Helene
There's like a pullout on the side of the road to park - the road has slipped a bit into the river - but not entirely. But then to get to a proper view of the falls you are climbing over large rocks for a little bit.
