Turns out TOCD is a thing, and that my new ADHD meds exacerbate my obsessive tendencies. Dropped the meds, those thoughts stopped (or got weak enough to dismiss)
I've got some damage control to do socially, but I'd rather be a scatterbrain fag desu.

This doesn't sound explicitly like ocd. Do you ever have intrusive thoughts about how you might be unwillingly dangerous to the people around you? Fear of contamination and obsessive attention to keeping things clean? A compulsion for everything to have it "correct" place?
