My actual forms have my legal name and markers.
It's literally never come up once. My paychecks use my first initial instead of my legal name (both names ave the same first letter)

I transitioned at my last job and it was company policy to print your full legal name on the ID badge you were required to wear inside the building.
This wasn't company policy after all but it took a director to get them to actually change the name on a bunch of my accounts without a legal name change.
Sex marker should matter less but with the EEOC losing its mind and all I wouldn't trust it to stay that way.
Thankfully I was laid off after getting all my stuff changed so my new job is drama free.
