I transitioned at my last job and it was company policy to print your full legal name on the ID badge you were required to wear inside the building.
This wasn't company policy after all but it took a director to get them to actually change the name on a bunch of my accounts without a legal name change.
Sex marker should matter less but with the EEOC losing its mind and all I wouldn't trust it to stay that way.
Thankfully I was laid off after getting all my stuff changed so my new job is drama free.

Anecdotally, as an avid athlete myself who started hrt at 18 and is post SRS I find that I'm usually stronger and faster than most cis women I know despite not training that hard anymore, it's to the point where i genuinely feel dysphoric over it.

Which brings me onto the main reason why I'm against trannies in women's sports, it's nightmare optics, and a big part of why the optics are so terrible is because it's a complicated topic with strong argument for both sides.
