weird dream

I'm a trans woman and I don't have bottom dysphoria anymore but when I was a kid I tried to cut my penis off multiple times. I had a dream last night that my penis was rotting off and I was slowly peeling it away piece by piece and taking it apart in chunks. What does this mean?

no I felt scared and grossed out. I still feel grossed out by the visuals it was really gross.

It was just a nightmare, it doesn't mean anything.

i think it meant something because it wasn't actually my penis it was my penis on my body but it actually looked like my ex's penis but I can't figure out what that means
