my band size is 42 do i just kms? turned 20 in february and started hrt in early december, if it matters.

its pretty bad. whats the actual circumference of your ribcage? (because usually bra size is a little bigger than that) also whats your bmi because if youre like obese 42 is not nearly as over as it would be if youre healthy weight

completely depends on your height as well. 42 band size is not completely unreasonable for cis women over 6ft. The taller you are, expect a greater band size, it would be crazy to expect a 30, 32 band size on someone very tall. You may also be surprised how much of that is still old muscle and fat bulking out your torso as well - i know i went down by quite a lot just from losing a whole bunch of weight
