Neurotypicals care more about their social perception, so even if they're trans, they're less likely to transition. Autistic people aren't more likely to be trans, but they're more likely to experiment with their gender and end up discovering that they are. Also, since a lot of autists are shunned by default, transitioning wouldn't pose much of a change.

Is it not just correlation with social masking? Being trans is an extremely frowned upon thing, so kids learn to keep it to themselves and pretend to be normal. Autistic people learn to copy social cues & language to mimic neurotypicals and to mask their own symptoms.

On top if it, autism is definitely over-diagnosed. maybe trannies are diagnosed more often, but i think it's more likely confirmation bias

I'll give you credit on this because it would have a huge impact on genetic testing but it would be worth getting rid of autists. I'm looking for someone that will prove me wrong on this because I was diagnosed with this shit long before TikTok made it trendy and I have been around actual subhuman retards before because of my diagnosis. If I died it wouldn't change much because it would be just one autist out of thousands or millions.
