A war is not a genocide. Some instances of war crimes (killing of medics and people trying to get food aid) are inevitable in every war. The people involved should be prosecuted and Gazans should receive food aid but the circumstances of the war are so obviously not genocidal. Incidental deaths are very different from the mass slaughtering in the Armenian or Rwandan genocides. This action is more similar to the bombing of Germany in the latter half of WWII, where the goal isn't to slaughter German civilians but destroy military capacity, which still leads to many inadvertent civilian deaths but obviously is not genocidal.
