If you accept your personal goal is to relieve dysphoria as best as you can you’ll still be happy if you continue to find motivation, but you also have to accept the possibility that no one is ever going to tolerate you in public life until you do pass. That’s my current position and it’s a struggle simultaneously experiencing relief from physical dysphoria and crippling social dysphoria.
