I have a better idea, just have women drivers not need to work at all. Just send them a paycheck for signing up. Take the pay from male drivers. Men shouldn't even be driving cars anyway it's too cushiony of a job they should all be ruining their bodies in mines. Ideally men shouldn't even be seen in public.
