Overdosing on opium tea is really easy and a nice way to go. It's probably the most gentle way to go.
Ornamental poppy seed pods can be ordered legally and brewed into a tea. Brew the entire batch instead of 1-3 for medicinal/recreational use. Drink it all with some honey to mask the taste, or go full purple drank and mix in some sprite and a grape jolly rancher
If you take enough, you'll go to sleep and not wake up
