I've been on ralox regimen to avoid breast growth but im slowly starting not to care so much about breasts over having higher e levels. I've got two options to go further: e + ralox + cypro, or just e monotherapy. Other than breastgrowth, what differences would there be to these two regimens?

would hrt efficacy depend on someone's size? like if you get someone really tiny (lets say they're 5'0") and give them an average amount of estrogen, and then someone give someone really tall (6'0") the same amount, would the tall person have less results?

E + ralox + cypro isn't guaranteed to cause breast growth (depending on how you dose the E), whereas E monotherapy is more or less guaranteed to.
Notably, E monotherapy may also be better for erectile function and libido in many cases since the cypro is excluded.

Not exactly hrt related but I’m starting hrt in a few weeks and I want to look into facial hair removal stuff. Is it worth buying a £60 device on Amazon I could use? Or would I need to go to a professional place? (My facial hair is fairly minimal but is starting to grow back very quickly)

Is getting blood test done before starting E really needed? I don't give af and just want to inject the E. Doing monotherapy with EEn. My goal is to lower my Testosterone by 100 to 200 ng/dl and then stop taking E. I know I won't be able to know exactly what my levels are without test but I think I can gauge it pretty well.

Hey I'm pretty sure I'm being hondosed by the goverment hormones I'm getting, and I'm pretty sure if I brought it up with an endrochronologist or someone like that they would politely tell me to fuck off.
So I'm thinking of doing dyi hrt. Problem is that I'm kind of broke, so idk if I could maybe supplement on top of my current regiment (transdermal + spiro), or if it would be cheaper/better to just switch to a completely different regiment.

I had blood tests done especially earlier into the hrt regiment, but they figured it's not necessary to do them regularly for some reason, so it's been a while

Those guidelines are fine.

At trough 150-250pg/mL would probably be more reasonable. You levels shouldn't hurt you as far as I know, but it isn't going to yield any extra feminization, and it's kind of a waste of estradiol as such.

EC gives far smoother levels than EV. I'd recommend EC or EEn over EV any day. For reference, EV is in pink and EC is in orange on the attached graph, both dosed at 4mg every 7 days.
