Recently, I've seen a LOT of trans women arguing that trans women are actually biologically female.

Strangely, despite how common this argument has become, I've never seen it from a trans woman who actually passes. I wonder why that is.

Depends on your definition of "biologically". Definitely have more female characteristics than a man if they have been on hormones for a while, but being born with a Y chromosome and penis, and going through male puberty is pretty damn important too.
