Meanwhile a lot of people are staying younger and younger as they age. Look at pics of old celebs like Sean Connery, he looked like he was early 40s in his 20s, and ancient when he got to 40.

I have said this on r9k a couple of times, but every time I do so everyone accuses me of copium so I just stopped. I'm 38 and feel great. I also get plenty of rest, plenty of light exercise, and take vitamins and supplements to help any hormone inefficiencies.

Physically? I'm the 38 year old and feel about the same as 20 years ago; only athletic-related stuff would tease out any difference, I don't feel any aches or pains or declines in energy levels. My self-perception is a bit worse since in my late teens and early twenties society was huffing my farts and now I'm in a demographic with singularly negative stereotypes, but I can't say the actual objective experienced difference is all that severe.

true dat, I play a team sport and one time we were asked to help the junior team by having a practice game with them. We were all like "we should be careful, go easy on them". Then it got to the middle of the game and HOLY SHIT their reaction times. LIke they may have been sloppy on other things but you could see that they were able to respond to stuff a few seconds quicker than us.


but yeah honestly not much has changed from my 20s till now, if anything im hotter and healthier since I was complete mess in my 20s and I nowknow how to look after myself. If anything im more concerned by how much my life has stayed the same since then

She used to be very sick when I was a little kid so she switched up her entire lifestyle by properly exercising and eating healthily.
