If you can’t do it in one go, split it up. If you can’t do it still, do more the next time you workout.

My advice is to pick the simplest routine possible, ideally one with compound movements. That way your monkey brain doesn’t have to think or worry about complexity, sets, reps. One and done. Is it efficient? Not really. But just getting started is best. You can fix up the routine later.

This is the part where my view probably diverges from most. If I’m with a femboy who only acts feminine and submissive in bed but in all other accounts behaves like a normal guy, I don’t really mind it. yeah its somewhat unique. not sure how useful it is though. but it's interesting and whenever i see text in either language i get totally distracted translating it. the grammatical forms of both languages are interesting, both russian and japanese have some more freedom than english surprisingly in how you can structure sentences, but only if you know how to do the grammar properly, which is harder than english
for example a sentence like "mouse eats cheese" can have the same meaning when written in the order "cheese eats mouse" (with some conjugation) even though in english that now has a different meaning
