>>40585364>source on the tiger stripe thing?they are literally scars
just like when you cut yourself the scar lasts forever.
but a cut scar is usually going to be thin
a stretch scar is the skin pulling itself apart slowly so its much wider and when you get these type of scars you will get multiple of them as the same time/in the same place
because 1 scar isnt enough to relieve the stress on the skin from weight gain.
also small/shallow stretch marks the body can "absorb" them over time/ if you lose weight properly
but tiger stripes are too deep and they never go away
they can fade to be more of a skin tone but they will always be there.
and because of this the skin in and around these scars will never be the same again, it will always look wrong/ not be as elastic as the rest of the body which will cause it to sag more
its actually pretty hard to find the right picture of this, google images is worthless.
> loose skin that im not sure will go awaydry fasting
you need to force your body to "eat" the excess skin to slowly tighten up the skin.
most loose skin from weight loss is because people just lose fat but fat people also have more skin than skinny people so you need to lose skin as well.
but at the end of the day it comes down to how fat you are, how much scaring you have, how deep those scars are, how tall you are, how old you are.
also of course you can(depending on how fat you were) fill in the loose skin with muscle so that loose skin can stretch over muscle instead of fat and look tight/normal/not as saggy
but women have been dealing with stretch marks/loose skin since forever so they know how to deal with it better than men, basically just moisturize and gain more elastic skin during weight gain and weight loss.
the more elasticity your skin has the less likely its going to tear when expanding. and the faster it "snaps back" when losing weight.
