It's really fucking sad that that's how most people are who are attracted to twinks and femboys. They see it as something to be used and abused for their own pleasure. I grew up with a twink guy in high school, and I really wish I could have shown him the affection he deserved. I've been unfortunate enough to be in the same social circles as some of these people, and they assume I'm like them just because I look intimidating and am a fairly muscular and dominant guy, so they assume I must have the same depraved fetishes they do. For me, fetishes are something that both people should enjoy, not something that's purely one-sided. That's just stupid and not realistic at all for a proper relationship.

There's nuance to it too. For example, I explained in this thread what I like about twinks and femboys. but I can't just spit that same explanation off the cuff to someone. It takes time to explain. Pederasty has been illegal and societely seen as evil for a long time, but before this in many societies it was a common and even venerated thing. Just because pederasty becomes outlawed and looked down upon doesn't mean that the innate feelings don't remain in a large population of men, so what happens is that it just transmutes into something more acceptable, or at least legal.
