If you want an honest opinion, I don't if they're overly broad like in the OP. It looks like a man's body at that point and I can't really unsee that. Well, my shoulders are less broad than hers, and I'm a guy (twink body type but still).
My girlfriend is borderline anorexic too, been on HRT for 10+ years now, and hers are nowhere near as broad as that or mine.
It'd be really hard to pass unless you wore really conservative clothes honestly. Genetics is a bitch, but thankfully shoulder reduction surgery is becoming increasingly available, so it's not the end of the world if you truly wanted to pass.
