It's not the first thing but a lot of us do get those moments yes. A part of me is okay with embracing the absurdity at this point, being a tranny + intelligent makes you realise that life doesn't make any inherent sense, it's just a long and varied song that goes on forever, a lot of the pain of the human condition comes from the feeling of betrayal from life tricking us into thinking we have a sense of order about us to a greater extent than we do

I think I wake up and think about how I’m all alone. I’m a little worried if you’re waking up with thoughts like that, it could be some part of yourself not accepting the whole trans thing, and if that is true then it’s really bad to ignore it

I live with two other trans people, go to university with mostly other trans people, and only go out to trans bars. when I go on hikes or walks it's just with trans people. I've removed cissoids as much from my life as logistically possible.

I can just be a person without all the insane cis expectations etc

it's not the first thing that goes through my mind. ive never woken up surprised to be trans, though occasionally i will process it and freak out for a sec. its never about being trans itself though but the fact i will have to deal with transphobia forever or the fact im unfortunately pre op

Therefore, it exists. And if it did not, why would you need to argue about it here? Why not forums devoted to other things that supposedly do not exist, such as christianity.

i live a pretty normal life and dont bring up being trans with many people or get into politics arguments
when you first come out, you think about it all a lot, there are so many things to change and do and work towards and 'being trans' feels like a big deal, but that's temporary

yeah ive been on hrt for 7 years and i basically didn't think about it at all from 2020 to 2023 because i was living a normal life and stealth and it never came up. its been harder not to think of it lately because of backlash
