Makeup, clothes that fit your body, haircare, posture, skincare, grooming ect.. There is a reason millions of blog and YouTube channels teach women those things, even cis women hardly feel like women without those learned behaviours. When it comes to the gym start with an easy routine that works for YOU, if you have a tendency to get lazy you WILL quit if its too hard. Progressive overload with weight training is the way, don't do too much cardio, focus on exercises wich target glutes/quads/hamstrings, get a routine that is simple and stick to it even if it's only twice a week.
