No one in Anglo-American has ever liked trannies, ever. You can point fingers all day, but more rights and more acceptance was always going to come with more push back. The fact that the one in the cowboy hat is a cis lesbian who was more than happy to ostracize the trans woman just to get some brownie points from the cishets perfectly encapsulates why I will never fully trust cis queers.

The fat dyke even gave an interview afterwards where she virtue signaled about how she supported the trans community and all that. But in the moment, where her solidarity could have actually counted, she played along with the cishets and let Lia Thomas experience this soul-crushing moment in her life.
