you're like me when i was younger. i started hrt-lite at 21-22 then flipped to sarms at 23. and i've gone back and forth. being natural is best, but if you wanna mess around keep doses light and know that you don't have to commit, you can always turn back. honestly /fit/ is probably healthier so i'd lean in that direction if you really feel the need to pick but natty is best.
