i really dont want to seem rude or call u unloveable (u aren’t btw. ur very much loveable), but internally you should know that to loved you need to act like you can be loved!
this means dropping the whole im unloveable stuff and starting with knowing that yes you can be loved.
once you internally know that you can be loved, the rest will follow naturally! you will be more confident and people will love you effortlessly!
its what i did personally. i was a doomer for years and one day i just stopped and thought that i am what i consume. if i think im unloveable ill stop acting like someone loveable so people wont love me! but i realised that to be loved you need to accept that you’re worthy of love internally and to accept that some people just will never like you and thats okay! in a sea there is always a trash bag
