How do I make chastity work for me, long term?

I am able to fit into a flat cage for several hours with no issue. Can't use the bathroom obviously, and I hear the catheter ones can cause infection.

There is also the matter of it showing through clothes, even the flat one. That is just not an option.

Also, the cage can push away from the body when aroused, even with a strap. Any way to fix this? I'm trans, so it doesn't happen often, but when it does it's very annoying.

Highly recommend an inverted cage like pic related. I actually love peeing with it compared to non-inverted cages. No catheter, no split stream, no straining, your pee just kinda flows out. That does mean you gotta do a hygiene unlock pretty much daily, but that's easy enough with a morning shower. Wiping a little after peeing is also sorta gender affirming, I guess.

What kind of job do you work? I work in a busy kitchen environment where I'm running around serving guests and preparing food for 10+ hours daily. My experience I've worn that exact cage for 2 weeks without issue. I take a little longer in the bathroom because I have to wipe when I pee, but aside from that there is literally no discernible difference at all. As long as you clean daily, there is no smell or anything.

One downside I will say: I've had the tip of my penis get "caught" in the chamber a few times. The opening of the cup where the head sits was just enough that, after like 2+ days continuous wear, it slipped through. I noticed because I could see the head through the front of the cage. Just had to take it off for a bit to fix things, but I could see that being a danger if you are somehow paying 0 attention to your body for multiple days. And obviously ymmv
