i believe they are suggesting that the only people who would have trans people "in their lives" i.e. know them and see them and talk to them on a regular basis are predisposed to not hating tranners anyways which i believe may have a kernel of truth but the way they worded it was inflammatory and bait

I became more transphobic after I saw how trannies act online and talked to some.
I still support trans rights and vote for trans friendly parties/politicians, but I avoid transwomen as much as I can.
